Check the size guide on the product page. We go by height and hip measurement. In between sizes? Go up. A kigurumi should be loose, comfy and easy to live in.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, no bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Polyester fleece handles regular washing without complaint, but skip the fabric conditioner: it flattens the pile rather than softening it.
